Explore healthier dessert options that keep all the flavour while using more mindful ingredients. Students will make sweet treats naturally sweetened with honey or maple syrup and learn simple ways to lighten up classic desserts. A great class for understanding balance without giving up taste.

Date: Thursday, February 19th

Time: 4:30pm-7:00pm

*While this class is designed for high school–aged students, we also welcome confident Grade 8 participants with some kitchen experience, as well as youth up to age 20. To ensure fun and safety for everyone, it’s important that skill levels remain fairly equivalent. Participants will prepare the dishes together and then sit down to enjoy the food they have made. Each class is led by a professional chef.
