$0.00

This registration option includes enrollment in all four High School Cooking Club classes. Participants will attend each session in the series, gaining hands-on cooking experience while building skills, confidence, and teamwork in the kitchen. Detailed information about each individual class is provided below. If you prefer to select specific classes rather than attend the full series, please register for those classes individually.

  • Class #1: All About Eggs! (Monday, January 26th)

  • Class #2: Fresh Pasta 101 (Monday, February 2nd)

  • Class #3: The Art of Dumpling Making (Monday, February 9th)

  • Class #4: Smart Sweets (Thursday, February 19th)

*All classes run from 4:30pm - 7:00pm.

*While these classes are designed for high school–aged students, we also welcome confident Grade 8 participants with some kitchen experience, as well as youth up to age 20. To ensure fun and safety for everyone, it’s important that skill levels remain fairly equivalent. Participants will prepare the dishes together and then sit down to enjoy the food they have made. Each class is led by a professional chef.

*NOTE: These classes are made possible through the generous support of the Huff Family Foundation, the Municipality of Prince Edward, the Stark Family Fund, and The County Foundation. While we are deeply grateful for their contributions, additional funding is still required to ensure the program’s success. The cost to deliver the program is approximately $350 per participant. 4. Encourage creativity: Cooking classes allow participants to experiment with flavours and ingredients, and to create their own unique dishes. This can inspire creativity and a love of cooking.

  5. Provide a fun and educational activity: Cooking classes can be a fun and educational activity for all ages. They can learn about different cultures and cuisines, and the science behind cooking.
